Dan Mellen joined Accenture's security technologies organization in 1999. During his tenure, he has worked with clients in public service, retail, financial services, utilities, pharmaceuticals, communications, and high tech to find security solutions to meet their business needs. Dan has knowledge and experience in a variety of information security disciplines including security assessments, enterprise security architecture, compliance management, threat and vulnerability management, cloud, and industrial control system security. For the past several years, Dan has focused his experiences in extended enterprise security, helping Accenture strategy and client organizations integrate cloud, mobile and social platform security. Dan was responsible for the development of the Accenture Cloud & Mobile Security Ecosystem - offering a use case-based environment for client demonstrations, proof of concepts and product integration prototyping. Dan is a graduate of The University of Virginia, with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
