Dallas Bishoff manages security consulting services for PCM. He has a broad range of expertise gained from years as a federal information manager, owner of successful security consulting firms, running authorized training centers for security vendors, a published author, experienced auditor, and as a contracted lead instructor for international associations, such as (ISC)2, ISACA, IEEE, and the BSI Group (ISO standards).
