Putin
Setting aside the humor for a second, this situation could arguably happen without a hack. There's a certain popular romance to Putin in some circles this side of the pond (albeit that popularity was more pronounced in the Obama days). If the actual candidates were atrocious enough, a write-in like this could win.

In any case, I doubt Putin would take the job, so no worries there. ;)

There's probably also a birth-certificate joke in here somewhere, too...
